Hi I’m Mary Kay Irving.


I’m an integrative mental health practitioner with a background career in psychotherapy and several certifications in nutrition for mental health. After all my training in trauma and addiction recovery and a long term meditation practice I discovered that some of the most helpful things I did to help my own bouts of depressed mood and anxiety did not come from a pill or week long meditation retreats. I’m now passionate about combining the knowledge I gained from my professional training along with my own recovery experience to help other busy women learn how to master their own mood and to do it naturally.
